School Shooting in Thailand Leaves Seven Dead and Fifteen Injured

Baghdad: Seven people were killed and more than 15 others were injured in a shooting at a school in the Bang Kroi district, northwest of the Thai capital, Bangkok.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, local authorities stated that the deceased included three teachers, three students, and the student suspected of carrying out the attack. The police reported that the suspect was a student at the school, and his body was found inside a classroom with a gunshot wound, believed to be self-inflicted, according to initial investigations.

Thai Deputy Interior Minister Pulaphi Suwanchoi explained that the suspect used a pistol, and the Interior Ministry is investigating how the student obtained it. The investigation is ongoing to uncover the circumstances and motives behind the incident.
