Baghdad: The Institute of Musical Studies has announced the opening of admissions for the new academic year, inviting applications from male and female graduates of the third intermediate grade, who are aged between 15 and 18. In addition, the institute is also accepting applications from talented students aged between 18 and 26, provided they meet the established admission criteria and tests, and demonstrate proficiency in playing an instrument or singing.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the application process will commence on August 10, 2026. Prospective students can submit their applications at the institute's location in Baghdad, specifically situated on Al-Rashid Street, Al-Sinak, next to the Agricultural Bank. This initiative aims to foster musical talent and education among young individuals and adults who show exceptional musical abilities.
