Babylon: The Minister of Health, Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Moussawi, conducted a field visit to Al-Iskandariya General Hospital in Babil Governorate to evaluate the healthcare services provided to visitors during the Arba'een pilgrimage of Imam Hussein. The visit aimed to ensure the effective implementation of the health support plan for the pilgrimage. Dr. Al-Moussawi was accompanied by Sabah Nouri Al-Khazali, the Director General of the Ministry's Inspection Department.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dr. Al-Moussawi examined the hospital's workflow in emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, and support departments, focusing on how patients and emergency cases are managed. He received a briefing on the delivery of medical, therapeutic, and ambulance services as part of the pilgrimage health plan.

Dr. Al-Moussawi expressed his appreciation for the significant efforts of the medical, nursing, health, administrative, and support staff at the hospital. He commended their commitment and directed that letters of thanks and appreciation be given to all on-duty staff for their exceptional service during the Arba'een pilgrimage.

The Minister stressed the importance of teamwork and maintaining constant readiness to provide optimal health services to visitors, in accordance with the Ministry's plan to ensure the success of the pilgrimage.
