Kirkuk Judicial and Integrity Leaders Discuss Swift Resolution of Corruption Cases

Kirkuk: The President of the Kirkuk Court of Appeals, Judge Qasim Mohammed, and the Head of the Integrity Commission, Mohammed Ali Muftan, engaged in discussions aimed at expediting the resolution of corruption cases. The meeting focused on establishing mechanisms that ensure the preservation of public funds and facilitate the issuance of judicial rulings based on legal evidence.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Judicial Council released a statement highlighting the discussions held between Judge Qasim Mohammed and Mohammed Ali Muftan. The meeting underscored the importance of enhancing cooperation between the judiciary and the Integrity Commission to strengthen public confidence in the procedures undertaken. The discussions aimed at finding efficient methods to resolve corruption cases while maintaining legal integrity and public trust.
