The draw produced crucial matchups for the clubs vying for the final seven spots. The winner of the match between Fenerbah§e (Turkey) and Sturm Graz (Austria) will face the winner of the match between Sparta Prague (Czech Republic) and Olympique Lyonnais (France). Celtic (Scotland) will play LASK Linz (Austria).
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the winner of the match between Levski Sofia (Bulgaria) and Kairat Almaty (Kazakhstan) will meet AEK Athens (Greece), while the winner of the match between Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia) and €š¬¦½algiris (Lithuania) will face Viking (Norway). The winner of the match between Mj¤llby (Sweden) and Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia) will play the winner of the match between Ararat (Armenia) and Celje (Slovenia).
Finally, the winner of the match between Olympiacos (Greece) and NEC Nijmegen (Netherlands) will face the winner of the match between Union Saint-Gilloise (Belgium) and Bod¸/Glimt (Norway). The first leg will be played on August 18 and 19, 2026, and the second leg on August 25 and 26. The seven winning teams will qualify directly, joining the 29 teams that have already qualified. The draw for the league stage will take place on August 27.
The Europa League play-off draw has pitted Turkish side Trabzonspor against the winner of the match between Hungarian side Ferencv¡ros and Polish side G³rnik Zabrze, while Besiktas will face Czech side Hradec Kr¡lov© in the third qualifying round.
