Baghdad: Under the direction of the Minister of Education, direct signing of mail for citizens’ affairs will be implemented, with priority given to expatriates and humanitarian cases. Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan al-Jubouri has instructed officials to eliminate obstacles for citizens and expedite the processing of their applications, particularly prioritizing those coming from other provinces and humanitarian situations.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry revealed in a press release that the Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, Mohammed Dhaya al-Azzawi, has been personally signing correspondence related to citizens’ affairs from early morning until after official working hours. Employees of the Citizens’ Affairs Department have also been working late into the night to process transactions and resolve applications promptly.

The ministry’s statement emphasized that this initiative aims to shorten the review process and facilitate direct processing of applications, ensuring their completion in line with established legal and administrative procedures.
