Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali al-Zubaidi announced the imminent completion of the government formation. A statement from the media office of the Coordination Framework indicated that the leaders of the framework held their periodic meeting Monday evening at the office of Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, head of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, in the presence of Prime Minister Ali al-Zubaidi.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting addressed the latest developments in the local situation on both the governmental and legislative fronts. The discussions also included an assessment of the service and security situation in the country and the region.
