Mosul: The governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil, has announced the preparation of a comprehensive roadmap aimed at revitalizing the industrial sector in the province and strengthening the “Made in Mosul” identity. This initiative is set to provide significant support to industrialists and boost local production.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Dakhil emphasized that the local government is actively working to create an environment conducive to expanding industrial activities and encouraging investment. The governor highlighted the importance of regulating the mechanisms for granting industrial licenses, a move expected to support industrial projects and simplify processes for business owners.

Al-Dakhil stressed that Nineveh has the potential to reclaim its industrial prominence and contribute significantly to economic development. The proposed industrial city project and the Mufti area are seen as pivotal to establishing the ‘Made in Mosul’ brand, offering new opportunities for industrialists and producers in the region.
