Baghdad: The Ministry of Interior is implementing significant changes in the leadership of police districts in Karkh and Rusafa.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Major General Adnan al-Jubouri has been reassigned from his role as the Karkh police chief to head the Inspection Authority at the Ministry of Interior. In addition, Major General Shaalan Ali Saleh has been moved from his position as the Rusafa police chief to serve as the Director of the Energy Police. Furthermore, Major General Salman Abdul Hassan, previously the Director of the Karkh Traffic Directorate, has been appointed as the new Rusafa police chief.
