Baghdad: The Counter-Terrorism Service has extended its condolences on the anniversary of the death of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers. Lieutenant General Zaid Hawshi al-Moussawi, Head of the Counter-Terrorism Service, expressed his sympathies to the Islamic nation and the Iraqi people on this occasion. In his statement, he conveyed: “On behalf of myself and the heroes of the Counter-Terrorism Service, we extend our deepest condolences and sincerest sympathies to the Islamic nation and the noble Iraqi people on the anniversary of the passing of the Master of Creation and Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, the Prophet of Mercy and Humanity, Muhammad al-Mustafa (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Lieutenant General al-Moussawi emphasized the importance of reflecting on the noble principles established by the Prophet Muhammad during his lifetime. He highlighted the values of mercy, justice, tolerance, and the preservation of human dignity contained in the Prophet’s message. The General urged everyone to uphold unity, brotherhood, and solidarity, and to work sincerely to preserve the security and stability of Iraq. He called for a united front against those who seek to threaten the security of the nation and stressed the importance of serving the people and maintaining stability.
