Baghdad: The Security Media Cell has announced the successful execution of security and service plans during the commemoration of Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) death anniversary, with no security breaches reported.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Security Media Cell stated that the event concluded without any significant security incidents, attributing the success to divine grace and effective coordination. The Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ali Falih al-Zaidi, played a crucial role through directives and close monitoring. The Director of the Commander-in-Chief’s Office, alongside leaders of the Supreme Security Committee and civilian authorities, contributed significantly to maintaining order.

The statement acknowledged the exceptional efforts of security and military forces, intelligence agencies, and the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali, who managed the logistics for millions of pilgrims. The coordination with service and medical institutions ensured the smooth movement of pilgrims, highlighting the unity between state institutions and the public.

The Media Cell extended gratitude to all contributors and expressed condolences to Grand Ayatollahs and the faithful community, marking the event’s successful and peaceful conclusion.
