Baghdad: The Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture announced that the 17th Agricultural Week will be held from August 22-27 at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds, under the patronage of Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi. The ministry stated that the week’s events will run from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the event aims to showcase developments in the agricultural sector and provide a platform for farmers, industry experts, and companies to exchange ideas and technologies. The week-long event is expected to attract participants from various regions, contributing to discussions on improving agricultural practices and increasing production across Iraq.
The ministry has expressed hope that the event will boost collaboration between local and international agricultural stakeholders, fostering partnerships that can lead to advancements in the sector.
