Baghdad: The Ministry of Education announced today, Saturday, the commencement of the second-round exams for primary school students for the 2025-2026 academic year across Iraq, following the completion of preparations, the readiness of examination centers, and the provision of necessary supplies.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated in a press release that, “By a vote of the Advisory Board, chaired by Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan al-Jubouri, students eligible for the exams were granted the right to take them regardless of the number of subjects they had completed, in order to fulfill the requirements of the academic year.”

The Ministry has ensured a suitable environment for the smooth conduct of the exams, with school administrations and examination committees at all centers fully prepared, in accordance with the approved instructions and regulations.
