Baghdad: The Ministry of Education has integrated the Educational Management Information System (EMIS) among its tools to manage school data effectively, aligning with the aims of the government’s digital transformation initiative and institutional development.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the General Directorate of Education for Karkh III completed a specialized training course on EMIS, which saw the participation of 14 trainees from Al-Fath Al-Jadeed schools. This training was aimed at enhancing the skills of staff in data entry, management, and its application in educational planning.

The Ministry, led by Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan Al-Jubouri, is moving towards establishing a digital administration framework based on precise data. This initiative is expected to expedite information access and improve the efficiency of planning and decision-making in schools and educational contexts.
