Karbala: The Media and Government Communication Department in the Holy Karbala Governorate recently organized a training course aimed at enhancing the media skills of employees working in the governorate’s various departments.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the course was led by Dr. Tawfiq Al-Habali, head of the department, and focused on key media concepts and terminology. Participants learned about effective mechanisms for engaging with the media and the critical importance of conveying information accurately and clearly. Dr. Al-Habali highlighted the employees’ role in supporting their government institution’s media message and in enhancing its public image.

Dr. Al-Habali further emphasized that developing the media capabilities of the governorate’s employees is crucial. This development aids in improving institutional communication, elevating media awareness, and enhancing the employees’ ability to handle various media situations and topics professionally.
