Baghdad: Justice Minister Khalid Shawani launched an automated system for executive transactions at the Karkh Execution Directorate on Monday. This move is part of the ministry’s broader policy aimed at digital transformation and enhancing judicial work.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the ministry highlighted that this initiative is expected to bring a significant shift in how transactions are completed, thereby improving the services provided to citizens. The Justice Minister emphasized that adopting this new electronic system aligns with the ministry’s vision to modernize judicial work. The system aims to reduce bureaucratic procedures, expedite transactions, and enhance transparency and accuracy, while also minimizing manipulation and forgery.

During his visit to the directorate, Minister Shawani reviewed the work processes and transaction mechanisms. He directed that all necessary requirements be fulfilled and that a conducive environment be established for visitors.
