Baghdad: Players from Bani Saad Sports Club achieved remarkable results in the Iraqi Central Athletics Team trials for the junior category, held by the Iraqi Central Athletics Federation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, these trials are a gateway for athletes to qualify for participation in the Arab and West Asian Championships. The athletes from Bani Saad Sports Club excelled in their performances, with Hussein Imad Hadi securing first place in the 5km race walk. His teammate, Saif Haider, achieved a commendable second place in the same race. Additionally, Saad Sadiq Saif clinched first place in the 800m race, showcasing their preparedness and potential to compete in forthcoming international contests.
