Baghdad: The Ministry of Justice has announced the launch of an electronic automation system at the Al-Bayaa Execution Directorate. This initiative aims to incorporate digital solutions to improve the accuracy of services provided to citizens.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry highlighted that the electronic automation system was introduced in the presence of Assistant Director General, Iman Hamid Jaafar. This launch is part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to modernize the judicial system and integrate digital solutions into service provision for citizens.
The Ministry’s statement detailed that the new system seeks to automate executive procedures and streamline the electronic flow of transactions. The objective is to save time and effort, make transaction completion more efficient for clients, and enhance the accuracy and speed of file tracking.
Assistant Director General Iman Hamid Jaafar explained that the automation system’s introduction aligns with the Ministry’s plan for digital transformation and modernization within the judicial work environment.
