Baghdad: The Ministry of Finance has approved an increase of 100 billion Iraqi dinars to the budget allocations for Diwaniyah Governorate. This decision was announced by Ali Salman al-Moussawi, a Member of Parliament representing the Diwaniyah Governorate. The additional funds are intended to address the service needs of the region, which is recognized as one of the most affected governorates.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Finance Minister Faleh al-Sari sanctioned this financial boost to support various projects. Al-Moussawi emphasized that the allocated amount would be used for projects across multiple service sectors within the governorate. The increase in budget aims to enhance the infrastructure and improve the living conditions of the residents in Diwaniyah.
