Baghdad: The Ministry of Planning has announced the launch of the Iraq Standardization Application, a move aimed at enhancing electronic services and simplifying government procedures.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control within the Ministry of Planning has introduced this application as part of the government’s efforts towards digital transformation. The initiative is designed to simplify procedures and provide electronic services to citizens and clients.
The ministry detailed that the application enables users to access various electronic services, thereby reducing the necessity for in-person visits. This development facilitates transactions and expedites procedures through user-friendly and transparent electronic pathways.
Additionally, the application will offer channels for receiving complaints, inquiries, and feedback from citizens and beneficiaries. This feature is expected to enhance direct communication with the institution, assist in the follow-up of requests and feedback, and improve the quality of services provided.
The ministry emphasized that the application launch aligns with the government’s directives to simplify procedures, broaden the scope of electronic services, and promote digital transformation.
