Tehran: Iranian Revolutionary Guard spokesman, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebi, stated that “US President Donald Trump’s declaration of economic war on Iran represents a tacit admission of American military defeat.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Mohebi affirmed in a press statement that Tehran has prepared scenarios to deal with any hostile action by the United States. He emphasized that both war and economic pressure fall within these measures.

The Revolutionary Guard spokesman further explained that Iran has plans to counter the negative effects that may result from the economic war waged by the enemy.
