Baghdad: The Ministry of Oil has dismissed reports concerning the export of oil shipments via rail to Iran and subsequently to Turkey.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry emphasized that Iraqi oil exports follow procedures set by the Ministry and the State Oil Marketing Company (SOMO). These exports are conducted through pre-announced outlets, ensuring transparency and adherence to established protocols.

The Ministry called on media outlets to verify information through official channels within the Ministry to prevent the spread of misinformation.
