Baghdad: The Ministry of Interior has announced a set of directives for individuals applying to the 32nd course at the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development. These instructions were released as part of a press statement on Monday, emphasizing the requirements and procedures applicants must adhere to.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry has outlined specific guidelines that applicants, who have received notification via text messages, should follow. These include mandatory attendance at 7:00 AM at the Volunteer Directorate and the necessity to bring several documents: the original national ID card along with four colored copies, an academic transcript with a barcode or an official transcript of grades in both original and four colored copies, and 12 passport-size photos.

Furthermore, applicants are required to present their national ID card and the residency cards of both parents, or an original death certificate if one parent is deceased, with two colored copies. Specific groups, such as families of martyrs, first-degree prisoners, children of active and retired officers, active-duty personnel, and minorities, must also provide supporting documentation. Additionally, applicants must have a Mastercard with a balance exceeding 31,000 Iraqi dinars and are advised to ensure that only the applicant attends the session. Retaining the confirmation text message is also mandatory.
