Mosul: The bodies of two young men were found in the Tigris River south of Mosul, the capital of Nineveh Governorate. River police made the discovery, leading to an immediate response from local authorities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source in the Nineveh police stated that the bodies belong to two young men from the village of Abu Saif. They have been transferred to the forensic medicine department for further examination. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths has been opened.
