Amedi: President Nizar Amedi affirmed today, Tuesday, that Iraq will remain supportive of every effort contributing to establishing security and peace, explaining that Iraq is keen to strengthen its relations with its brothers and neighbors.

According to Iraqi News Agency, in a speech at the celebration of the Prophet’s birthday at the Qadiriyya Shrine, Amedi expressed his congratulations to the people of Iraq and the entire Islamic nation on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad. He emphasized the importance of this occasion in bringing security, stability, goodness, and peace to Iraq and its people.

Amedi highlighted the exemplary life of the Prophet Muhammad, stating that his values of respecting humanity, upholding justice, preserving rights, and spreading peace should be integrated into daily life and interactions. He stressed the significance of compassion, respect, and human dignity as pivotal elements for societal progress.

The President underscored the necessity of strengthening national unity, promoting coexistence and tolerance, and avoiding divisive elements within the nation. He described Iraq’s diversity as a source of strength and emphasized the country’s capacity to embrace all its citizens, regardless of their ethnic, religious, or sectarian backgrounds.
