Baghdad: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi affirmed that his country’s commitment to peace and stability is accompanied by consistent diplomacy with neighboring countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araqchi stated in a post on the “X” platform that his discussions with guests from Pakistan and the Sultanate of Oman focused on the importance of finding regional solutions to shared issues. He highlighted that these discussions are pivotal for fostering collaborative regional dynamics.

Araqchi pointed out that “the proposed framework for establishing a new corridor, conducting joint mine-clearing operations, and developing future arrangements for managing the Strait of Hormuz represents a model for these regional solutions.” This approach underscores Iran’s strategy to address regional challenges through cooperative and localized efforts.
