Baghdad: US President Donald Trump announced that he sees no need, at this stage, to impose additional measures against Russia, praising Moscow’s stance on the Strait of Hormuz.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in response to a reporter’s question at the White House about whether Washington would punish Russia if its actions continued, Trump said, “That depends on subsequent actions. Russia is behaving very well with regard to the Strait of Hormuz,” adding, “Whatever they do, we do too.”
