Baghdad: The Iraqi Meteorological Organization has forecasted a significant drop in temperatures accompanied by rain in the northern regions over the coming days.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the organization has detailed that the weather on Sunday will be partly cloudy, with occasional thundery rain in the north. Winds are expected to be light to moderate, coming from the northwest, and temperatures will be lower than the usual levels across all regions.
In Baghdad, the minimum temperature recorded today was 32 degrees Celsius, with a maximum expected to reach 46 degrees Celsius. On Monday, the weather is predicted to be clear with some clouds across the country. Temperatures will experience a slight decrease compared to the previous day in all regions, with winds remaining light to moderate from the northwest.
The forecast for Tuesday indicates clear skies with some clouds. Temperatures are expected to rise slightly in the central and northern regions, while a decrease is anticipated in the southern areas. Winds will continue to be light to moderate from the northwest.
