According to National Iraqi News Agency, a security source revealed that the suspect is wanted under Article 4 of the Counter-Terrorism Law due to his involvement in various criminal cases, including murder, extortion, and the illegal seizure of citizens’ lands. The source further detailed the suspect’s recent crime, which involved opening fire on a citizen’s home located in the Manawi Basha area of central Basra province. Authorities were able to capture the suspect following this incident.
