Baghdad: The head of the Security Media Cell, Lieutenant General Saad Maan, announced the arrest of the individual responsible for the deaths of two martyrs in the Dora district incident, located south of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Maan stated that the Falcons Cell within the Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency successfully apprehended the perpetrator following extensive technical and field efforts. The individual is accused of killing a brigadier general and a police commissioner during the incident in the Dora district.

The incident, which occurred on Thursday, resulted in the martyrdom of the brigadier general and the police commissioner from the Baghdad Karkh Police. Additionally, four other members from the Federal Police and the Baghdad Karkh Police Commandos sustained injuries while they were engaged in a campaign to remove encroachments in the Dora district.
