London: The UK’s Revenue and Customs Authority (HMRC) announced that the value of UK exports to Iraq rose to approximately $111 million during the second quarter of 2026.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, total UK exports to Iraq reached $111 million in the second quarter of 2026, compared to approximately $107 million in the first quarter, an increase of about $4 million, or approximately 3.7%.
Vehicles and their components topped the list of British goods exported to Iraq during the second quarter, with a value of approximately $33 million, followed by pharmaceutical products at approximately $20 million, and then machinery and mechanical equipment at approximately $12 million.
Exports of electrical machinery and equipment amounted to approximately $6.9 million, while exports of essential oils, perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products reached approximately $6.2 million.
British exports to Iraq during the second quarter of the year also included optical and medical instruments and equipment, fuels and metal products, beverages, various chemical products, tanning and dyeing extracts, paints and inks.
