Abu dhabi: A falcon was sold for 1.5 million dirhams at an auction during the Abu Dhabi Hunting Exhibition 2026. The fifth round of auctions at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2026 witnessed an exceptional figure, with a young “Qarmousha Pure Ultra White” falcon being sold for AED 1.5 million, making it the most expensive falcon sold at the current edition of the exhibition.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the falcon, owned by the “Mark Muglich” farm in the United States, is distinguished by its pure white plumage, rarity, and striking physical and aesthetic characteristics. The young Qarmousha Pure Ultra White weighs 1000 grams and measures 16.5 inches in both length and width.

This year’s edition features 55 of the most prominent local and international farms specializing in falcon breeding and care.
