Baghdad: The Supreme Hajj and Umrah Authority called on citizens today who were unable to complete the process of refunding their Hajj registration fees electronically after the deadline for refunds had passed, to visit its offices in Baghdad and the provinces to receive the refund in person.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Authority confirmed that citizens covered by this procedure can visit its offices to complete the refund procedures and receive the money directly in cash, starting Tuesday, September 1, 2026, for a period of 7 days.

It explained that these procedures are being implemented to ensure that all citizens receive their due refunds and to facilitate the refund process for those who were unable to complete it electronically.
