Baghdad: President Nizar Amidi emphasized the importance of improving services in Kirkuk and meeting citizens’ needs. A presidential statement revealed that the President received the First Deputy Governor of Kirkuk, Ribwar Taha, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during their meeting, the President highlighted the necessity of enhancing services in Kirkuk Governorate, addressing the needs of its citizens, and overcoming existing obstacles. These efforts aim to improve service levels and promote stability and development in the region.

The statement further indicated that President Amidi was briefed by Ribwar Taha on the current situation in Kirkuk Governorate, including its most urgent needs and future plans for the improvement of its service and development sectors.
