Baghdad: Justice Minister Khalid Shwani on Monday ordered the rotation of all enforcement officers at execution directorates across Iraq’s provinces.

According to Iraqi News Agency, a ministry statement revealed that Shwani has directed the nationwide rotation of enforcement officers at execution directorates, following the initial implementation of these procedures in Baghdad. This initiative is part of the ministry’s broader efforts to enhance institutional performance, strengthen transparency and integrity, revitalize operations, and improve the quality of judicial services for citizens.

Shwani emphasized that expanding the rotation to include execution directorates in the provinces is part of an administrative strategy aimed at renewing work mechanisms, boosting efficiency and impartiality, and reinforcing principles of integrity and transparency. He noted that these measures are expected to improve performance and make the processing of citizens’ transactions more effective.
