Diyala: A vehicle loaded with quantities of smuggled alcoholic beverages was seized by the Diyala Police Command. The vehicle, found northeast of Baquba, was transporting various types of alcoholic beverages that were professionally concealed in an attempt to bypass security checkpoints.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the seizure was carried out by detachments from the Controls and External Roads Department of the Diyala Police Command. The security personnel successfully uncovered the hidden cache of alcoholic beverages during a routine check at a security checkpoint. Legal procedures were promptly initiated as part of the ongoing security efforts by the police command detachments.
