Basra: An Iranian delegation has arrived in Basra Governorate to review the progress and completion rates of the railway link project between Iraq and Iran.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the delegation is headed by Shamseddin Hosseini, Chairman of the Economic Committee in the Iranian Parliament. The primary agenda of the visit is to discuss the Basra-Shalamcheh railway project with the local Basra government.
