Baghdad: The spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Major General Yahya Rasool, confirmed that the 25th Mechanized Infantry Division is ready and fully prepared to perform its duties.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Rasool stated in a press release that the Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, visited the headquarters of the 25th Mechanized Infantry Division (Reserve). During his visit, Yarallah inspected all aspects of the division and reviewed even the most minute details.
Rasool explained that during this visit, it was observed that the division is fully prepared to perform its duties. This readiness includes its weapons, equipment, vehicles, tank battalions, and combat vehicles, along with the high morale of the division’s fighters.
Rasool emphasized that the division continues its training day and night, maintaining a state of readiness to execute its duties and the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
