Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi offered his condolences to Kurdistan Democratic Party leader Masoud Barzani on the death of Abdul Wahid Ibrahim Sheikh Abdul Salam Barzani. His media office stated in a press release that “Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi sent a telegram of condolence to Kurdistan Democratic Party leader Masoud Barzani on the death of Abdul Wahid Ibrahim Sheikh Abdul Salam Barzani.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement added that “the Prime Minister expressed his deepest condolences in his telegram, wishing mercy and forgiveness for the deceased, and patience and solace to his family and loved ones.”
