Governor and Prime Minister’s Advisor Evaluate Hospital Projects in Kut


Wasit: The Governor of Wasit, Ali Hassan Salimoun, together with Abdul Hussein Abtan, the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Reconstruction and Services, conducted an inspection of the Turkish Hospital and Al-Zahraa Hospital projects in Kut. Their visit focused on evaluating the progress, completion rates, and various implementation phases of these significant healthcare projects.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the governor highlighted the necessity of hastening the work pace and finalizing the remaining sections in alignment with the planned timelines. This effort aims to bring the two hospitals into operation, thereby enhancing healthcare services in Wasit province.



Salimoun expressed to the Iraqi National News Agency the local government’s commitment to overseeing essential health and service projects. He underscored the need to overcome any obstacles and expedite the completion and commissioning processes, which are expected to have a positive impact on the quality of services available to the residents of the province.
