Hilla: Four members of the same family were killed in a collision between a truck and a taxi in the Al-Kifl district, south of Hilla, on Sunday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Zaher Mohammed, Director of Media for the Babil Traffic Police, stated that a truck driver lost control and ran over a car carrying four members of the same family. The incident tragically resulted in their deaths while they were being transported to the hospital.

The police have transferred the bodies to the forensic medicine department and have arrested the driver involved in the accident.
