Berlin: Data from the German Federal Statistical Office shows that the value of German exports to Iraq reached approximately $669 million during the first half of 2026, with $284 million in the first quarter and $385 million in the second quarter.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, tractors topped the list of German exports to Iraq, with a value of approximately $54 million during the first half of the year. This was followed by pharmaceuticals, including both mixed and unmixed products for therapeutic or preventative use, blood products, vaccines, and immunomodulators. Other significant exports included cars and vehicles primarily designed for transporting people, medical and surgical devices and instruments, electrical control and distribution panels and units, packaging machinery, and filtration and purification equipment, as well as refrigeration equipment, refrigerators, and freezers.

The data demonstrates the range of German exports to the Iraqi market, particularly in the pharmaceutical, medical supplies, machinery, equipment, and vehicle sectors.
