Baghdad:Moayad al-Lami, President of the General Federation of Arab Journalists and Deputy Head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, expressed his admiration for security forces from all military branches during a ceremony at the Syndicate’s headquarters on Sovereignty Day.

According to the National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Lami also extended his greetings to the Iraqi people and the journalistic community, marking the significance of the day.

In his address, Al-Lami urged Parliament and the provincial councils to consider incentive bonuses and land allocations for journalists, highlighting the importance of supporting the media sector.
