Accra:The Ministry of Communications announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Al-Salam General Company and China’s ZTE to enhance cooperation in technology and manufacturing transfer.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the memorandum was signed during the Iraq International ITEX5-2026 Exhibition and Conference. The event was attended by Minister of Communications Mustafa Sanad, reflecting efforts to support collaboration with global companies and expand opportunities for bilateral partnerships in technology and manufacturing transfer.
