Accra:Parliament Speaker Haibat Al-Halbousi emphasized the importance of Iraq’s sovereignty on the occasion of Iraq’s National Day.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Halbousi asserted that Iraq’s sovereignty takes precedence over all other matters. He expressed that Iraq’s unity is a responsibility that should not be compromised and highlighted the significance of maintaining Iraq’s independence and dignity.

He remarked that the nation should continue to move toward a future that honors its historical legacy and standing among nations.
