Baghdad:Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, leader of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, and Nouri Al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, have stressed the importance of completing the government formation and reinforcing the state’s authority.

According to Iraqi News Agency, During a meeting on Wednesday evening, the two leaders discussed the political situation in the country and the regional escalation’s impact. They highlighted the necessity of completing reconstruction and development initiatives, unifying national discourse, and prioritizing dialogue among all political forces to overcome challenges and ensure political stability.

Al-Sudani remarked that the upcoming phase requires ongoing cooperation among the Coordination Framework forces to prioritize Iraq’s supreme interests and support government efforts to meet citizens’ aspirations. Al-Maliki expressed his backing for initiatives aimed at enhancing political and security stability and emphasized the importance of unified visions among national partners to advance reconstruction efforts.
