Baghdad:The Iraqi Parliament has yet to schedule the session to vote on completing the cabinet, as it awaits the necessary information regarding candidates for vacant ministerial posts.

According to the National Iraqi News Agency, Deputy Speaker of Parliament Farhad Amin Atroushi stated on Wednesday that no official information has been received about cabinet nominees or their CVs. The Parliament remains in anticipation of a response from the Prime Minister’s office.

Once the names of the candidates are received, Atroushi indicated that the Parliament’s Presidency would undertake the required procedures and coordinate with political blocs to set a date for the voting session.
