National Security Advisor and Accountability Commission Head Discuss Anti-Corruption Efforts


Baghdad:Qasim Al-Aboudi received the Head of the Accountability and Justice Commission, Dr. Jabbar Hardan, at his office on Wednesday.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, their meeting focused on issues of mutual interest, particularly addressing corruption and strengthening government measures in this area. This aligns with the government’s directives and reform program.



The discussion underscored the need for enhanced institutional coordination and cooperation to bolster state efforts in consolidating security, stability, and the protection of state institutions.



Both officials reviewed the domestic situation in Iraq, exploring ways to intensify joint efforts between the National Security Advisory and the Accountability and Justice Commission. These efforts aim to implement the government program and solidify the foundations of the state, advancing the vision of Ali Falih Al-Zaidi’s government and supporting governmental work through integrated institutional action.
