Dhaka:Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Farhad Amin Atroshi met with Clemens Semtner, the Ambassador of the European Union Delegation to Iraq, to discuss enhancing cooperation between the legislative body and diplomatic missions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on the local and regional situations and explored ways to enhance mechanisms for joint cooperation between Iraq’s legislative body and international diplomatic missions. The discussions also aimed at consolidating the strategic partnership, supporting the democratic process, development efforts, and stability within the country.
