Washington:The Commander of the Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Qasim Muhammad Salih al-Muhammadi, attended an exhibition of American defense weaponry in Washington on Friday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Ministry of Defense revealed that Al-Muhammadi met with a group of ground force commanders from various countries. During the exhibition, they reviewed the latest technologies, equipment, and modern weaponry.

The purpose of this visit, as explained in the statement, is to enhance the capabilities of the Iraqi Army by equipping it with the latest advancements, ensuring it remains aligned with global developments in armament and equipment.
